This Cylinder Inspection Course is designed to promote safety in the care and maintenance of high-pressure scuba cylinders. The VIP program is intended to demonstrate to the scuba industry, a need to meet and exceed the minimum standards established by the Code of Federal Regulations. In addition, it is intended to train inspectors in the proper handling, filling, and inspection techniques, including the identification of the various defective conditions that can lead to cylinder rejection or condemnation. The course will also cover the operation and repair of valves, cleaning and maintenance and the operation of high pressure compressor systems.

Drift diving allows a diver to travel over a large area without expending much energy. You simply get neutrally buoyant and enjoy the dive as the scenery moves past you. The SDI Drift Diver Course covers the ?how-to?s? of drift diving from, how to enter and exit drifts, what to do if you get caught in a drift and wish to get out, how to get out of the drift to observe something special, and much more. The course will also introduce you to the various types of drift currents you may be diving in.

Our Boat
Enjoy the sites and sounds of Lake George on our 28ft Baja Cruiser.
We pick up at Norowal Marina (The Gateway to the Camping Islands). Located at 21 Sagamore Road, Bolton Landing NY. Parking is $14 per day
Boat Reservations
Reserve the boat for your own private group outing for a half or full day.
Scuba Trips Tanks, and Weights included
Morning Charters pick up at 8am drop off by 1pm
Snorkel Excursions
Not a scuba diver but wish to explore, snorkel adventures can be scheduled. Snorkel, mask, fins and vest included.
Picnic or Island Camping
WaterHorse Adventures' is available to bring campers and supplies to your camp site. The Halfmoon Explorer is equipped to bring your crew and all your gear to your campsite and pick you up when you’re ready to go home. Cell service is available on most camping islands, and we are just a phone call away. If you need something during your stay for a small fee give us a call and we will bring you supplies.
Lake Swim
If your adventurous and want to swim the length ofLake George one way or two ways. The Halfmoon Explorer is equipped to help you acgieve your goal and help your crew/team becomfortable. Our experienced staff has many of years of experience on the Lake and will get you the best route for your swim. Call to arrange your next swim.
